Ching Kai is a Singapore-based artist whose multidisciplinary practice spans paper art, digital design, scenography, and photography.
Ground Conditions: Section 1–1 / 2–1 unfolds as a two-panel work presented through sectional exposures, where greyboard surfaces partially obscure dense layers of gold cardboard. What appears neutral is subtly unsettled, revealing underlying structures of belief, power, and control concealed beneath the surface.
