Hubert Le Gall at Maison&Objet Intérieurs Hong Kong 2025

3 - 6 December 2025, Hong Kong
This December, Cuturi Gallery is delighted to support a new collaborative project with Hubert Le Gall at Maison&Objet Intérieurs Hong Kong 2025, continuing our dialogue between Europe and Asia. This showcase presents a selection of Le Gall's iconic sculptures, tables, and mirrors, crafted from various traditional materials such as gilt, wood, porcelain, and textiles, with bronze remaining his favourite medium.

Led, designed and presented by Alfred Lam of Studio 1618, the booth’s installation reimagines Le Gall’s whimsical creations within a traditional Chinese courtyard, blending antique charm with a contemporary, poetic touch.
Working with some of the finest artisans in France, Hubert Le Gall takes classical forms and gives them a twist. His creations defy convention, transporting audiences into a dream-like universe rich in storytelling.

About the Showcase

This design project reimagines a traditional Beijing Siheyuan courtyard home with a Parisian twist. Centered around a serene garden, the design unfolds into five distinct areas: living, dining, lounge, reading, and the garden itself. The spaces reflect a cross-cultural dialogue, blending traditional Chinese heritage with a free-spirited, eclectic French aesthetic.

Each “room” is its own world. Expect an intentional mix of tactile elements, unexpected decor touches, and art-forward accents that nod subtly to Alice in Wonderland’s surreal charm.

A team of collaborators, including a local florist, Elsa Jeandedieu (murals), and Wallpaper Plus (textured walls), brings this layered, playful, and culturally rich design narrative to life.

Maison&Objet Intérieurs Hong Kong 2025 opens from 3 to 6 December at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
